James Done, Research Lead
James Done is a Willis Research Fellow and science lead for the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s Engineering for Climate Extremes Partnership, Boulder Colorado. He is engaged in an active research program on future changes in extreme weather and societal impacts. His specific research interests include; understanding the physical processes leading to  high-impact weather and climate events, predictability limits and variability of high-impact weather events across a range of temporal and spatial scales, and drivers of societal impacts, incorporating weather, climate, exposure, vulnerability and human behavioral factors. James obtained his BS and PhD in Atmospheric Science/Meteorology from Reading University.
